We would be pleased to make available for your arrival champagne, wine, flowers, custom baskets, cookies and cakes, fresh fruit or any other special arrangements. Prices will vary. Please call us to make arrangements.

When making your reservation please advise us of your approximate arrival time. Check-in time is usually at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in earlier or check-out later, we will hold your luggage or accomodate you as necessary.

If you require parking, please let us know, as we can provide a parking permit which allows you to park anywhere on our street.
Any permits that are not returned upon departure will result in a replacement fee being charged.

Due to possible allergies of other guests, pets are not permitted.
Smoking is only permitted in designated exterior areas.

Owner or Owners' agents are not responsible for any articles lost, stolen, or left behind in rooms. (However, we will try and keep any small articles that get left in the rooms, for a short period of time.)
