"Indeed, as is her namesake, Regina treated us like royalty. Each room at this Victorian inn was highly original, with period furniture and wall hangings, and the delicious gourmet pancake breakfast the following morning kept us in our seats an hour longer than we expected.

Behind the inn, Regina planted a magnificent multi-coloured garden, quite unlike anything I'd ever seen on the Rock - making us forget, for a moment, where we were. The foghorns quickly brought us back, confused yet grateful in the realization."

…"a restored Victorian home in the heart of St. John's. It has the feel and privacy of a small European hotel but the warmth of a B&B. Your stay includes wonderful breakfasts and lovely rooms or suites, all with private baths. Your hostess, a native Newfoundlander, is eager to recommend sights in her wonderful island"…

“Fabulous, Luxurious, Affordable, Perfect… decorated with a superb eye for detail, colour and a sense of perfection. Every detail has been carefully attended to (from the hand drawn maps and info about the city to the wonderful and inspiring artwork everywhere and the furnishings and toiletries). The three gardens have been joined at the back to create a spacious yet private, relaxing space with loungers and tables you can enjoy your drinks at. I can say without a doubt that this is the best B&B/Guest House I have ever stayed in and would easily sit alongside London's Hempel for quality. It's close to the centre and to the new "Rooms" (a must see). Five star breakfasts (the eggs benedict are to die for! and the pancakes, and the french toast), and I could go on.”

…a charming Victorian house on a quaint downtown street…

"My bed was firm and large and covered with a feather-soft quilt. It was so comfortable that I really didn't want to move. I lay for a while staring at the embellished ceiling letting my mind wander and speculating on who might have lived in this Newfoundland house a century before. Just as I was drifting back to sleep, the fragrant smell of freshly baked muffins wafted past my nostrils. A rasping "parp!" from a ship in the harbour broke into my reverie and reluctantly I decided it was time to start my day."
